Post-Fix Summary

You receive a clear, simple explanation of the issue and how it was resolved.

If your site is simply outdated but still working, you may just need help safely updating WordPress, plugins, or your theme. However, if your site is showing errors, loading blank pages, behaving strangely, or locking you out of the admin dashboard, you likely need a full WordPress repair service. I can quickly assess your site and let you know which path makes the most sense – no pressure or upselling.

I fix a wide range of issues, including:

  • WSOD (white screen of death)
  • Critical error messages
  • 500 internal server errors
  • Database connection problems
  • Plugin/theme conflicts
  • Locked out of admin dashboard
  • Broken layouts after updates
  • Sites stuck in maintenance mode
  • Errors after migration to a new webhost

If it’s a technical problem, I can probably fix it.

Yes. If you have a working backup, I can restore your WordPress site quickly and safely. If not, I may still be able to repair it manually, depending on the type of error or damage. My repair service includes a full site backup before I begin any work, so nothing is lost.

If you still have access to the WordPress admin dashboard, I can log in and create a backup prior to beginning any work on your website. If you don’t have access to the dashboard, I can likely make a manual backup of your site’s database and files.

No. My goal is to fix what’s broken without disrupting your content, layout, or search engine rankings. I take every precaution to preserve your site’s structure and metadata. After the repair, I run basic checks to ensure key pages, forms, and functionality are intact and performing as expected.

The exact time needed to fix your WordPress website will depend on the complexity of the error(s). Once I have had a chance to review your site, I will provide you with an estimate of how long I think it will take and what the turnaround time will be. Most website repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours – often sooner.

You will be kept updated throughout the process. If it looks like the repair will take longer than the initial estimate, I will let you know. If it will take less time, I’ll let you know that, too.

Depending on the type of hack / malware, yes I do. Not only that, once I remove the malware from your website, I’ll send you a report with recommendations you can implement to better secure your site and prevent future hacks.

Absolutely. After the repair, I can perform a basic health check to identify outdated plugins, themes, or risky configurations that could cause future issues. I also offer optional services like plugin audits, update testing, and performance optimization to help keep your site fast, stable, and secure.

My WordPress repair rates are $65 / hour* during standard business hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm EST to accommodate most US time zones). On weekends or outside of business hours, I charge $75 / hour*.

*  One hour minimum

It’s exactly what it sounds like. If I can’t diagnose and fix the issue with your WordPress site, you don’t pay. There’s no risk to you and no charge for my time if I’m unable to resolve the problem.

Yes. All repairs include a 7-day follow-up period. If the same issue resurfaces during that time, I’ll fix it again free of charge. I also offer ongoing WordPress maintenance plans if you’d like help keeping your site stable, updated, and secure going forward.

To start the repair, typically all I need is:

  • Admin access to your WordPress dashboard
  • Hosting credentials (cPanel and/or FTP) if available

These credentials allow me to diagnose and fix deeper technical issues that can’t be solved through the dashboard alone.
